Legal
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at qpowerenterprises.com (the “Site”), operated by Q Power Enterprises, Inc. (“Q Power,” “we,” “us”), a family-owned electrical infrastructure contractor based in El Paso, Texas.
By accessing or using the Site — including submitting a form, calling us, or texting us — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes Q Power’s electrical infrastructure services — powerline construction and rebuilds, utility pole installation and repair, transformer and electric motor services, storm and emergency power restoration, vegetation management, and specialized field crews.
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not engineering, safety, legal, or other professional advice, and it does not create a contract for services. Actual work is governed by the written agreement, work order, or purchase order signed for a specific project.
Safety first: never approach downed power lines or damaged electrical equipment. Report them to 911 and your electric utility immediately. Nothing on this Site is a substitute for emergency services.
Requesting a quote through the Site does not obligate Q Power to perform work or you to purchase it. Any pricing discussed before a signed agreement is an estimate, may change based on site conditions, materials, and scope, and is only binding once confirmed in a written agreement.
Q Power uses text messaging for customer care and conversational follow-up: responding to inquiries you submit, coordinating quotes and scheduled work, and contacting applicants about employment. You opt in by providing your phone number through our forms or by texting us first.
Program disclosures: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and receive no further messages, or HELP for assistance. You can also reach us at (915) 861-3024. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers and opt-in data are handled — mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree not to:
The Site and its content — including the Q Power name and logo, photographs of our crews and projects, text, and design — are owned by Q Power or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is complete or current. Nothing in this section limits any warranty expressly stated in a signed services agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Q Power and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. This section applies to use of the Site only — liability for contracted work is addressed in the applicable services agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Q Power harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version, and changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
